I’m Laura Roland, a Certified Catholic Leadership Strategist + Coach with expertise in motivation, communication, and how work actually gets done. I work with individuals, leaders, and teams who are carrying real responsibility and need clearer thinking and better decisions. Together, we move work forward while building the skills to lead and work well, without burning out or overcomplicating it.
My work helps people understand how they work best and where things are breaking down. Most often, that shows up as friction, fatigue, or work that stalls out. When this becomes clear, decisions sharpen, communication improves, and time and energy are no longer spent in the wrong places.
Leaders use this clarity to set priorities, define ownership, and guide their teams without carrying everything themselves. They are able to see what belongs to their role, where work is getting stuck, and how to lead in a way that is both effective and sustainable.

I use the Motivation Code (MCode) Assessment, along with faith-rooted insight, to bring structure to what can feel unclear. This work is both strategic and reflective, giving people practical next steps they can use right away while supporting leadership and work that is sustainable and grounded in what matters most.
