Leadership. By Design™ Intensive
The Leadership. By Design.™ Intensive is a full-day, one-on-one strategic working session for leaders who need clear thinking, not more output. It creates focused space to step out of constant execution and take an honest look at what is driving the work right now - what still matters, what is quietly draining energy, and what is no longer serving the leadership you’re being asked to carry.
Grounded in motivational design, this intensive surfaces how you are wired to lead and where misalignment or overload may be distorting decisions, priorities, and follow-through.
The outcome is immediately usable insight - clearer framing, sharper judgment, and practical shifts that allow strategy and execution to move forward without unnecessary strain.
Partnership Intensive
The Partnership Intensive is a high-trust, facilitated working session for business partners, co-leaders, founders and operators, or family members in shared leadership. This work is designed for partnerships that are not broken, but are carrying real weight, especially during seasons of growth,
transition, or strain.
Using motivational design, relational dynamics, and structured feedback loops, this intensive helps partners gain shared language, clarify how each person works best, and navigate tension with greater precision and charity. Partners leave with clearer roles, healthier boundaries, and practical ways to give feedback and make decisions that strengthen both the relationship and the mission.
As part of this work, partners receive a Working Together by Design™ framework—a clear, shared reference point that captures how they collaborate, communicate, and lead together moving forward.
Team. By Design™ Intensive
Team. By Design.™ is a customized, full-day leadership experience designed for leaders and the teams they lead, as well as for full leadership teams who carry responsibility for guiding others. This work is especially valuable for organizations navigating transition, growth, institutional change, or increased complexity.
Each engagement is tailored to the structure and responsibilities of the group - whether that is a leader working alongside their administrative or operations team, or a leadership team responsible for serving and supporting other leaders.
Using motivational design as the foundation, we examine how responsibility is currently carried, where friction or fatigue may be emerging, and how the work itself can be realigned to support clarity, cohesion, and effective leadership.
Teams leave with shared language, clearer roles, and practical insight into how to lead and work well together, especially in seasons that require steadiness, collaboration, and wise decision-making.
