Principals are asked to carry many responsibilities at once. You are leading people, stewarding culture, responding to constant needs, and holding the mission of Catholic education with care and integrity. The work is meaningful, and it is demanding.

My work with principals is designed to support clarity in leadership, shared responsibility within teams, and sustainable ways of carrying the work, especially in seasons of stretch, transition, or fatigue.

How I Work with Principals

Catholic school principals reach out for different reasons and in different seasons.

Others are seeking clearer alignment around priorities, culture, or decision-making.

The work may take different forms depending on the needs of the school and the moment, but the focus remains the same: helping principals lead with clarity, confidence, and care for both mission and people.

A focused workshop for principals and their building leadership team designed to strengthen shared responsibility, clarify roles, and support healthier team dynamics.

This work helps leadership teams move from carrying everything individually to working with greater clarity, trust, and alignment in service of the school’s mission.

Teach. By Design

A formation experience for Catholic school faculty that connects motivation, vocation, and the realities of teaching today.

Teach. By Design™ helps educators understand how they are wired to do their work well, where fatigue or disengagement may be setting in, and what supports sustainable engagement over time.

This work addresses burnout and retention by reconnecting teachers to meaning, clarity, and practical ways of carrying their role with greater intention.

The experience is designed to support both individual teachers and the broader culture of the school, strengthening shared language, understanding, and mission alignment. This is not a professional development workshop, but a formation experience rooted in mission and the dignity of the work teachers are called to do.
