Catholic School Principals

Principals carry a lot at once. You are leading people, stewarding culture, responding to constant needs, and holding the mission of Catholic education with care and integrity.

It is meaningful, and it is demanding.

My work helps you focus on what matters most, strengthen shared responsibility across your team, and carry your leadership in a way that is sustainable—especially in seasons of stretch, transition, or fatigue.

How I Work with Principals

Catholic school principals reach out at different points in the year and for different reasons.

Some are navigating leadership team dynamics, faculty fatigue, or retention challenges.

Others are working to strengthen decision-making, culture, or how work is carried across their team.

This work is shaped by what you’re actually navigating.

The structure may vary depending on your school and context, but the focus remains the same: helping you lead with focus, shared responsibility, and a way of carrying the work that is sustainable for both

mission and people.

Lead™

A Building Leadership Team Workshop

Leadership teams don’t struggle because people aren’t capable. They struggle because roles are unclear, decisions get held too tightly, and the weight of the work doesn’t get shared in a sustainable way. This shows up in new leadership roles that aren’t fully defined, transitions that shift responsibilities without clarity, and the natural tension that comes when a team is trying to lead together but hasn’t yet figured out how. In Catholic schools, this is often layered with a deep commitment to mission, which can make it even harder to step back, reset, and redistribute how the work is carried.

The Lead™ workshop creates space for that reset. Together, we name what’s actually happening on the team, clarify roles and ownership, and address where work is being carried individually instead of shared.

The result is a leadership team that functions with greater trust, clearer decision-making, and a more sustainable way of leading—so the principal is not holding everything alone and the mission of the school is supported by a team that is truly working together.

Teach. By Design

Where vocation, motivation, and the reality of teaching meet.

There are seasons when faculty energy shifts. Strong teachers begin to feel stretched. New teachers are still finding their footing. Veteran teachers are carrying more than they should. The work is meaningful, but it can also feel heavy, repetitive, or disconnected from the reason they entered it in the first place.

Teach. By Design™ creates space to step back and look at that honestly. It helps educators understand how they are wired to do their work well, where fatigue or disengagement may be setting in, and what actually supports sustainable engagement over time. Rather than adding more, this work reframes how teachers carry what is already theirs to do.

The result is a faculty that feels more grounded, more connected to their work, and more aligned in how they support one another and the mission of the school. Burnout is addressed at the root, not just managed, and retention improves because teachers are no longer trying to sustain a way of working that doesn’t fit.
