Each sprint is focused and practical. Bring something that feels stuck, unclear, or not moving—and we’ll work it through together. There is a mix of teaching, guidance, and coaching throughout each session, giving you immediate strategies you can use. You’ll have time to think clearly, make decisions, and move something forward while you’re in the room.
