20-Minute Kick-off Call – A quick call 2 weeks before the workshop to set expectations and build excitement.
MCode Assessments – Team members complete the Motivation Code assessment 2 weeks ahead.
Principal’s Personal Review – A 60-minute session to dive into your motivational strengths and leadership style.
Individual Coaching – A 30-minute private review for each team member before the workshop.

In-Person Workshop

Part 1: Team Insight Review w/Principal (90 min)
Get to the heart of what drives your team and how it affects collaboration. Identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities for better teamwork, all while focusing on how motivation impacts efficiency, communication, and your school’s success.


Part 2: Turning Insight into Action w/Admin Team (2.5 hours)
Align team roles based on strengths, fill gaps, and eliminate bottlenecks. Implement strategies to improve workflow, communication, and morale, then walk away with a tailored action plan to keep the momentum going all year.
